My workouts will be changing starting tomorrow. I work at our downtown YMCA and they have their own version of the popular P90X. They call theirs YpowerX. I will be instructing that 2 mornings a week for the next 7 weeks.
They will not be full body workouts, so this will be a change for me since I favor full body trainings. I know it's good to change things up from time to time as well so this should be great for me. I also know that I don't always count a class that I instruct as a true workout for myself because I am busy making sure the students are doing things correctly and all that good stuff. My class is very small for this YpowerX, so I am hoping that I will be able to actually get a good lift session in. Fingers crossed. This will be my schedule starting tomorrow. Starting in October I will be teaching Extreme Spinning ( only twice in the month) a 90 minute class. Bold = Class Instruction

Whew! When it's written out like this it seems like a lot. And to think, I used to teach up to 11 classes a week!!! That was before kids.....well I was pregnant when I was teaching 9 or 10 a week. NUTS!
