Well I guess I forgot that I had running club tonight. I went and I ROCKED it out!!
We had to do (8) 800 meter intervals with a 3 minute recovery in between. I did the 800's at 3:10-3:22 ( most towards the lower end!) It was hard, but not barfing hard.
So I got my cardio in and plan on getting to the gym by 9am to lift and do about 15 minutes of easy cardio and head back to the gym later to teach Spinning. I am going to try and take it easy on myself because Saturday morning I am running 22 miles. Time to hit the sack
