I met a friend and we did a quick full body circuit training today. It was fun.

Squats
Pull ups
Step ups
DB Chest press
DB Shoulder Press
DB Bent over flyes
Core:
Roll ups 4 sets of 10
Planks with bosu 30s x4
Hip stuff 3 sets of 15
Cardio:
Elliptical
30 minutes steady state
