Monday already. Where has the week gone?? Actually where has the weekend gone??
Monday- Spin class instruction
Tuesday-Running 1000 meters x6 with equal recovery time (1.75mile warm up and cool down)
Wednesday- Spin class instruction, Full body weight training
Thursday- 6 mile run, cardio kickbox class
Friday- Full body weight training, 30 minutes cardio ( bike+ treadmill), stretching
Saturday- 15 mile run
I did not get on the road bike at all this week. I have had some busy mornings with clients that kept me from doing that. I hope to make it out twice this week though. I am still hoping to do the duathlon on the 23rd of this month!
