Body After Baby!!

Breakfast- meal replacement shake, blueberries

Cardio Kick box class

snack- Fiber Plus Bar + glass of almond milk

Lunch- 4 egg whites, 1/2 egg yolk , 2 corn tortillas, salsa and cottage cheese

snack- clif bar + green beans

Cardio class instruction

snack- Spark energy drink ( 45 cals) + mini bagel

8 mile run ( 5 FAST ones)

Dinner- sweet and sour venison stir-fry (venison, rice pilaf and zucchini)

snack- kefir
