Body After Baby!!

Breakfast- oat bran, cottage cheese and blueberries + coffee

Spin instruction

snack- Fiber one bar

Lunch- 3 egg whites, 2 corn tortillas, cottage cheese and salsa

snack- 1/2 powerbar protein plus bar

Full body weight lifting

snack- 1/2 power bar protein plus bar

dinner- ww pasta, pasta sauce, zucchini

3 Liters water
