Body After Baby!!

breakfast-Fiber Plus bar and Kefir

snack- blueberries, cottage cheese, vanilla yogurt

class instruction- total body

lunch- turkey, corn tortilla, pepper jack cheese slice

snack-almonds and raisins

weight workout

dinner- x-lean ground turkey, sweet potatoes and zucchini casserole thingy

snack- SKITTLES!! oops....
