here are my meals for the day!

meal 1
mini bagel
cottage cheese
salsa

meal 2
egg whites
spinach
salsa

meal 3
Fiber plus bar
nectarine

meal 4
chicken
sandwich thin bun
pasta sauce

meal 5
ww pizza ( 3 pieces)-- mozza cheese, zucchini, chicken, 3 kinds of peppers, onions and turkey pepperoni
romaine salad

meal 6
tablespoon of PB!!
