Sunday~ OFF! Much needed.....
Monday~ I taught 2 classes today and I made it to the gym even though I am thinking I should have stayed home! I did a very slow 5 mile jog on the treadmill and a less than stellar chest and back workout. I went into the workout thinking it would be a full body routine. Not today. I think I am still exhausted from all those hills on Saturday!
Tuesday~ Spin class today as well as 2 other classes. My legs are still tired. I plan on stretching a lot tonight as I watch The Biggest Loser!
FIT TIP:
Exercise protects against caner-but only if you get enough sleep. Being active helps to protect and improve immunity, which helps to prevent cancer, but skimping on sleeps reduces immunity.
